Returns + Policy

We process returns and refunds based on equity, compliance, efficiency, and fairness. All requests must be filed within the required period and follow our official procedure. We reserve the right to reject returns sent without prior authorization.

By submitting a return or refund request, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted all terms of this policy.

Return and exchange conditions:

Returns are allowed within 30 calendar days of delivery if you are dissatisfied with the product or have received an incorrect item. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Returned items must be unused, in their original brand-new condition, and packaged in the original packaging.

Return & exchange Process:

1.Contact our customer service by email and provide:

-Order number or invoice

-SKU of the product to be returned

-Detailed reason for return

-For quality issues: clear photos or videos showing the defect

2.Send all information to: info@linkcrucible.com, We will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

3.If approved, we will provide the official return address.

4.After shipping the return, please email your order number and tracking number to the same address for follow-up.

Refund Timeline:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval result.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.

Due to processing times of banks or card issuers, funds may take an additional 6–8 business days to appear in your account.

Important Notes:

• DSC crucibles are precision fragile products. Please inspect your package upon delivery. If damaged or incorrectly shipped, obtain an official damage report from the courier immediately and contact our support team promptly.

• Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days of delivery.

• No refund will be issued if items are returned to the wrong address or arrive damaged.

• No refund will be provided if you refuse delivery without prior communication with us.
